With the Bluetooth Notifier Android app, users will be alerted every time that a device connects or disconnects to or from its hub.
Overview of Bluetooth Notifier
Bluetooth devices have been all the rage for a few years now. It's a great way to listen to music or run auxiliary electronics off of a centralized hub like your phone or tablet. Though it can be quite annoying when a device connects when you don't want it, or disconnects and you're not aware, and so an app like Bluetooth Notifier for Android might just save you a lot of hassle.
This is a free app that only comes in at 1mb in size, so it's going to easily fit on your mobile device, even if it's packed already. Plus with such a small footprint, you can leave it running to notify you about your devices without having to worry about any excess power drain or lag to your device. You can leave the notifier on and it will alert you any time a device connects or disconnects.
How Bluetooth Notifier Works
Not only does this app download like any other, but it's going to download a lot quicker, and launch almost instantly, because of its minuscule file size. It doesn't do very much at all other than register your Bluetooth devices and notify you about their connectivity status, so it's not as if this is going to tax your processor. It opens right up, and all you have to do is activate it so that it registers your devices. Just make sure any Bluetooth device you use is charged and on, so that the notifier can pick it up and register the device.
After that, it basically runs on autopilot. The only time you'll have to worry about it is when a device connects or disconnects from the system. For instance, say you have your phone and Bluetooth speakers out back so you can listen to music while you barbecue. You have other speakers inside that connect, when you didn't want them to. The notifier alerts you with a loud beep so you can shut the other device down. It's that simple.
Bluetooth Notifier Features
There aren't many features with which to contend with this app. Other than making sure it registers all your devices, its main feature is to alert you via a beep and an on-screen notification when something connects or disconnects automatically. However, it does have another cool feature, in that it notifies you when your charge is low on a device, or if your device powers off.
It has a very clean interface. All you'll see when the app is running is a Bluetooth logo and a yellow icon demonstrating that the device is on. The loud beep is only coming from the app when something automatically connects itself or loses connection.
